1. Initial Consultation Fee:
Due at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and secures your slot for the initial consultation.
2. Service Fees:
Project-Based Packages: Full payment is due upon agreement of the project scope and before the commencement of work.
À la Carte Services: Full payment is required at the time of service agreement.
3. Monthly Retainer:
For ongoing maintenance and support, a monthly retainer fee of $1,500 is due at the start of each month (A form of payment will be held to ensure no delays).
4. Revisions and Adjustments:
A reasonable number of revisions are included in all packages.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at an hourly rate of $150/hour.

1. Consultation Rescheduling:
Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of the consultation fee.
2. Project Cancellation:
Projects canceled after the start date will forfeit the deposit. This compensates for the time and resources already invested in the project.
If a client decides to cancel a project after significant work has been completed, additional charges may apply based on the percentage of the project completed. These charges will be assessed at the standard hourly rate of $150/hour.
3. Non-Payment:
In the event of non-payment, The Unexpected Artist reserves the right to suspend work until payment is received. Persistent non-payment may result in the termination of the contract, with any work completed up to that point being billed accordingly.
4. Protecting Intellectual Property:
All strategies, designs, and plans created by The Unexpected Artist remain the intellectual property of The Unexpected Artist until full payment is received.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of the provided work without full payment is prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Client Delays:
Delays caused by the client, such as late feedback or missed meetings, may affect the overall delivery timeline. These delays will be communicated promptly to adjust expectations accordingly.
6. Refunds:
Refunds are generally not provided due to the extensive research and work involved in creating strategies and plans. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Unexpected Artist.
